Warranties and Returns

Hopefully you are stoked on the products we send you.  Sometimes things happen.......Take a look below.


Most items Milosport.com carries are covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers.  Generally, warranties cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, and impact are not covered under any warranty from any company. Sometimes, we can give you an idea as to the warranty validity, but It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer, not Milosport, as to the validity of the warranty, and/or to either repair or replace defective merchandise.  Milosport will do our best to hold companies accountable and protect your rights as our customer.

Unfortunately, labor and shipping are not covered under any warranty.  If you have a warranty issue, the shipping and handling charges are usually the responsibility of the consumer.  If you have a legitimate warranty, call or text us at 801.487.8600. or email us at sales@milosport.com.  At that time, we will either direct you to the companies warranty department who will manage your warranty, or we will obtain a Return Authorization number for you from the company.  After that, you will send the product directly to the manufacturer, labeling the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.  This shipping process will speed up the warranty wait time.  The manufacturer will then return the product, repaired, replaced, or rejected to us, and we will send it to you.  This process only applies to products purchased from this website, and we will not typically handle warranties purchased from other shops or sites.  For more specific information, please read the manuals included in the product packaging. Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, worn, and must be in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging and tags attached.  We do not charge restocking fees, but ask the customer to pay for shipping back to Milosport.  All returns and exchanges are subject to handling fees.  If product was purchased from the website and included ‘free shipping’, part of the handling fee will be used to cover the original shipping costs.

Used non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund.  For your convenience, we also accept returns and exchanges of items purchased through Milosport.com at our Salt Lake City retail location at:

For new unused returns/exchanges please call or text us at 801.487.8600 for a return authorization number.  Returns due to some fault of Milosport.com will be reimbursed for all return shipping costs via UPS Ground, Fed Ex ground, or US Mail.
