Creature and OJ Wheels came through Salt Lake as part of their 2026 Rocky Mountain Assault Tour, and the locals showed up for the demo at Rose Skatepark.
Getting to watch and skate with the crew was super sick, and it served as a good reminder of why we love skating. People from all walks of life came out to catch the session, and the crew did not disappoint. Nixen Osborne put on a clinic on the handrail, Willis Kimbel did one of the coolest switch back smiths I’ve ever seen in person, and I tried not to fan out too hard watching the legend Collin Provost.
Beyond that, it was a day of skating, product tosses, and all-around good energy, the kind that keeps the skate scene strong.
That same energy is what Go Skate Day is all about, and we’re keeping it rolling next week, on Sunday, June 21st. Pull up, skate, hang out, and celebrate what this whole thing is about. We’ll have shop deals going, prizes to give away, plus free hot dogs and beverages while they last.
Whether you skate every day or haven’t stepped on a board in a minute, come through. Bring your board, bring your friends, and come sesh with us.
Huge thanks to Creature and OJ Wheels for coming through, and thanks to everyone who showed up yesterday.
See you next week.
